Check your internet connection and try again. Transcription requires a stable network. If the problem persists, please email us with the video length and language.
How many free transcriptions do I get?
Free users get 3 transcriptions per day. The counter resets every 24 hours.
Which languages are supported?
We support 90+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Estonian, Finnish, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and many more. The app auto-detects the language from the audio.
Why does the export show the watermark?
The watermark appears on the free plan. Upgrade to remove it.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases".
What video formats are supported?
MP4, MOV, and most common video formats. Maximum resolution: 1080p. Maximum length: 5 minutes (free) or 10 minutes (Pro).
